WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Starting at $1,950. You have planned the wedding. We take the final logistics, vendor communication, timeline and wedding-day coordination and execution into a prepared professional process beginning approximately eight weeks before the celebration. Coordination is more than being there when the wedding starts: by the time guests arrive, timelines, vendor information, access, setup, ceremony cues, transitions and reception logistics should already have clear owners. Your wedding day is supported by a prepared team, not one person trying to hold every moving piece alone.
PARTIAL
PLANNING
Starting at $3,450. You have made meaningful progress, but important planning work is still open. Partial Planning gives those unfinished priorities a professional home before the complete Wedding Management phase begins. Because every partially planned wedding reaches us at a different point, the final proposal is based on what is complete, what remains unfinished, the complexity of that work and the professional responsibility still required.
FULL-SERVICE PLANNING
Starting at $6,250. You want a planner involved from the beginning—helping turn priorities and ideas into informed decisions, a connected vendor team, realistic logistics and a wedding that can actually be executed. Planning is not about taking over your wedding. It is about helping your decisions work together, identifying logistical consequences before they become wedding-day problems and giving the planning process a clear order. You choose how involved you want to be while Ever After Unscripted keeps the decisions, vendors and logistics moving toward one connected plan.

Intentionally Limited Calendar

Ever After Unscripted intentionally limits the number of weddings accepted so each couple can receive responsive communication, careful preparation and a team that knows the details before the wedding day arrives.
The goal is not to move the greatest number of weddings through a calendar. It is to create enough structure and familiarity that, when responsibility transfers to our team, the wedding is not being learned for the first time.
Smaller does not always mean simple.
Micro-Wedding and Elopement Planning are built for celebrations that need a planning approach suited to a smaller format—not a stripped-down version of a traditional wedding package.
Micro-Wedding Planning is available for weddings of 40 guests or fewer and starts at $2,650. Elopement Planning starts at $2,350.

Maybe your celebration includes multiple locations, unusual logistics or additional events. Maybe you want a more customized level of planning support—or your wedding is already exceptionally well prepared and you need a narrower scope focused primarily on wedding-day coordination and execution.
Personalized Wedding Experiences allow us to build the scope around the professional responsibility your wedding actually requires rather than forcing it into a package that does not fit.
For limited-scope wedding-day support, we’ll also determine the minimum preparation needed before the wedding so our team can step in informed, prepared and ready to execute—not simply arrive and hope the plan works.
